- Chop the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion on a moderate heat until caramel color. Pour the carrots to it and continue to fry. Introduce the garlic to the vegetables by squeezing it through the garlic gum.
- When the dressing becomes fragrant, pour it into the soup. Cook the dish for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the vermicelli and cook for 5–7 minutes. Salt, pepper and put the bay leaf. Turn off the stove, cover the container and leave for 10 minutes. When serving, decorate the chopped greens .
