A recipe for a delicious chicken soup with mushrooms and noodles

Selection and preparation of ingredients

- Knead the dough, tight in consistency.If it is too tight, a small amount of water should be introduced, and if it is too liquid, add a little more flour.
- Put the kneaded dough in a plastic bag and leave to rest.
- After boiling add spices to the broth.
- Cut the onion into medium cubes and dip in boiling liquid. Cut the carrots curly and place in the soup.
- Cover the pan with a lid. Cook for about 30–40 minutes (until chicken is ready).
- To start making noodles: thinly roll the dough up to 1 mm thick, let it dry for 1-2 minutes, cut into long strips, and then cut the noodles.
- Remove the chicken from the broth and cut it into pieces.
- Cut mushrooms into large pieces and send to soup. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Throw noodles into boiling broth. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add chicken.
- Garnish the dish with herbs.

Important! Transparent broth can only be achieved if young chicken is placed in cold water and the foam removed during cooking.
